About the event

During this pop-up class, our Certified Meditation Coach will take you on a relaxing meditation journey followed by a painting session to get your creative juices flowing! Painting canvas & supplies will be included along with your FREE meditation goggles. Just bring your yoga mat, water bottle, & an open mind!
